This review is based solely on the indoor houseplants and interior of the nursery, not the outdoor section. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I’m not sure if I happened to visit on an off day, but the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming when I arrived. As I walked through the indoor section, I also noticed that many of the houseplants didn’t appear to be in the healthiest condition, and the space itself could have been cleaner and more organized. I’m willing to give the place another try the next time I’m in the area, especially since I may have just caught them on a bad day. But for now, there are other nurseries nearby that I’ve had better experiences with.

We always have the best experience at Pine Lane! Love having such a fantastic local nursery with such a great selection and knowledgeable staff! John helped us today pick some beautiful trees and shrubs for our backyard! Will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely amazing experience! From purchase to planting was very easy, during the planting process the tree was a little off center, and I was able to talk to the lead and asked him to move it, the crew is very polite and was willing to help out without pause! Thank you to Pine Lane Nursery, their scheduling and their planting crew!

Pine Lane Nursery has been my go to nursery for the past 20 plus years! Today, I had the bug to get some more flowers for the garden and Jill, Jen and Cassidy saved the day! Double their salaries! All three ladies gave me the best service and guidance. I love PLN!

We had such a wonderful experience at Pine Lane Nursery! Brie and Lynne were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and helped us pick out the perfect flowers for both our home and upcoming business storefront projects. The selection was beautiful, healthy, and incredibly well cared for. You can tell this nursery truly cares about quality and customer service. As a local small business owner ourselves, we really appreciate businesses that go above and beyond — and Pine Lane Nursery did exactly that.
